The accomplishments of the partnership planning and constructing the High Cliff Connection has been possible thanks to the leadership of the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region and its Nelson Family Fund for the Trail to High Cliff State Park, the East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission, the City of Menasha, the Village of Harrison, the Village of Sherwood, Calumet County, Winnebago County, High Cliff State Park, and Friends of High Cliff.
