Public input reflected in the High Cliff Connection Master Plan

Whether you are a distance bicyclist who can’t wait to cover the 13 miles from downtown Menasha to High Cliff State Park or a homeowner looking to make sure those bicycles won’t be going down your street, the High Cliff Connection Master Plan has all the answers you are looking for. The “Route Exploration” chapter of the 90-page planning document breaks the route into three parts:

– The Urban Area of Menasha

– The Developing Areas of Menasha

– The Harrison and Sherwood Area

The master plan project was accomplished by HKGi, based in Minneapolis, overseen by East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission and funded by the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region through its David L. and Rita E. Nelson Family Fund.
